Norway's First industrial Filament Manufacturer

Order directly from our Norwegian factory below.

All filament sell in 1kg/2,2Ib spools

It is recommended to dry the filament for 6-8 hours at 60-70 degrees before use.

  • CF-nylon (carbon fiber reinforced nylon) is an advanced 3D printing material made from nylon with carbon fiber added. The result is a filament that combines high strength, stiffness and heat resistance with reduced shrinkage and deformation compared to pure nylon. This makes CF-nylon ideal for functional prototypes, mechanical components and industrial parts that require durability and precision

  • Unlock the full potential of industrial additive manufacturing with PEI 1010, the premier high-performance thermoplastic engineered for extreme environments. Boasting a glass transition temperature of 217°C and the highest tensile strength of any unreinforced FDM material, PEI 1010 allows you to bridge the gap between prototyping and end-use production, effectively replacing metal components to reduce weight without sacrificing durability. Certified for biocompatibility (ISO 10993/USP Class VI), food contact (NSF 51), and flame retardancy (UL94 V0), this material is the definitive choice for critical applications ranging from sterilizable medical devices to aerospace ducting and high-heat composite tooling.

Norway's first industrial filament production

As the first filament producer in Norway, we are proud to not only offer high-quality filament, but also filament with a green footprint. Our filament can be recycled into new usable filament.

Both filament and recycled filament can be easily ordered on our website. but the recycled filament store page is still a work in progress

We specialize in high-performance industrial filaments for 3D printing, with a focus on Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylon (CF-Nylon) and high-performance polymers such as PEI. Our materials deliver exceptional strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance, enabling the production of functional end-use parts and precision prototypes. Engineered for demanding industrial applications.

While Nordic Filament was formally incorporated recently, our story began in 2020. We started as Norway's very first dedicated filament manufacturer, supplying early adopters like Elemental Printing with locally produced materials.

What started as a passion project in 2020 has now evolved into a full-scale industrial manufacturing plant in Sandefjord. We have spent the last four years refining our formulas, testing CF-Nylon in real-world applications, and building the supply chain necessary to serve professional industries.

Being the first means we have the longest experience with Norwegian manufacturing conditions – giving you a stable, high-quality product you can trust.
